The Total Annual Fund Operating Expenses for the Core Growth, Global Science
& Technology, Heritage Growth, International Growth, International
Opportunities, Micro Cap, Micro Cap Value, Small Cap Growth, Small Cap Value,
Strategic Income, Ultra Growth and Wasatch-Hoisington U.S. Treasury Funds are
1.18%, 1.87%, 0.95%, 1.78%, 2.51%, 2.14%, 2.32%, 1.19%, 1.96%, 2.01%, 1.50% and
0.71% respectively. Total Annual Fund Operating Expenses include direct
expenses paid to the advisor as well as indirect expenses incurred by the Fund
as a result of its investments in other investment companies (each an “Acquired
Fund”), before any expense reimbursements by the Advisor. The Net Expenses may
differ due to waivers and reimbursements by the Advisor. See the prospectus for
additional information regarding Fund expenses.
The Total Annual Fund Operating Expenses for the Wasatch Heritage Value Fund and the Wasatch Emerging Markets Small Cap Fund are 0.97% and 2.54%, respectively, and are based on estimated expenses for the Funds for their first full fiscal years.
